6 Oct 2017 | An almost unbelievable variety of shapes and colors has been created by nature in flowering plants. The variety of foliage and fruit forms is evident in the obvious color splendor of the flowers nothing. 200 flowering families from all over the world are portrayed in this magnificent illustrated book. The plant parts were individually scanned and placed side by side. The picture panels allow a unique insight in the world of flowering plants. On the black background shine flowers, leaves, stamens and in many species show cross sections through the organs, like the plants in the Look inside. Short overviews of the families complement the pictorial splendor.
